If you don't know Cassie, you are missing out. Seriously, Preston High school does it yet again with having the best seniors. She is dedicated to her studies has put her whole heart into FFA. She has competed on the national level and kills it every time. I'm sure the Preston FFA chapter is so sad to see her go but excited to see her new adventures as she takes on BYU Idaho to study in animal science. *Fun fact about Cassie, she also plays the piano.
I had messaged her earlier in the week asking if the weather was bad if we could reschedule to a different day. Just earlier that day the rain had been coming down in buckets and the wind was crazy but we decided to wait it out and see. Good thing we did, because it ended up being the prettiest night that whole week. When we were trying to find the perfect spot I asked if she had any suggestions. I had gone on a drive out location scouting earlier that day but when she sent me the pictures of her family's land where they keep their cows I knew we had the perfect spot. It had a beautiful blooming apricot tree and a cute little stream flowing through it. I love when the location has meaning and this one was amazing. We lucked out and the wind didn't take the blossoms off the giant apricot tree and the rain just made everything look even more green.
I am so sad to see all these seniors graduate but look forward to watching them crush their dreams. Congratulations Cassie! Now go find your perfect cowboy while your up at school ;)
